Day 1 · Istanbul → Göreme
Stay: cave hotel- 06:30Meet at Istanbul Airport (IST). Our team meets you at the domestic departures desk.
- 09:10Turkish Airlines, Istanbul → Cappadocia. Flight number is fixed when we issue your tickets, within 24 h of the deposit. EcoFly fare.
- 10:35Private transfer to Göreme. Driver waits at arrivals with your name. About 40 minutes to your hotel.
- 11:30Check in to your cave hotel, Göreme. Mid-Range Cave Hotel, double room, 2 nights with breakfast. Free afternoon: the Open-Air Museum is a 15-minute walk.
Day 2 · Balloon dawn, then a free day
Stay: cave hotel- 05:00Sunrise balloon flight. Pick-up before dawn, light breakfast at the launch field, about an hour in the air, toast and certificate. Standard basket. Weather back-up: the next dawn.
- 10:00Free day in Göreme. Valleys on foot, a pottery workshop or simply the terrace.
Day 3 · Fly home
Stay: home- 16:30Private transfer to the airport. Your luggage travels with you; we drop you at departures in time for the flight.
- 18:40Turkish Airlines, Cappadocia → Istanbul. Lands in Istanbul in the evening.
- 20:30Drop-off at your Istanbul hotel. Our driver meets you at arrivals and takes you to your hotel door.

What happens if the balloon can't fly
Balloons fly only when the civil aviation authority allows it each morning, and some mornings it doesn't. We never bet your trip on a single sunrise.
- Morning one is grounded. You fly on morning two, same basket class, nothing extra to pay, on every package that holds a back-up morning.
- Both mornings are grounded. The balloon part of your package is refunded in full, from your balance if unpaid or to your card if paid. The rest of the trip runs as planned.
- You cancel. The 35% deposit is not refundable: it buys your airline tickets and holds the hotel.

Balloon age, weight and pregnancy limits
Operators set a minimum age and a maximum weight per passenger, and do not fly pregnant passengers. Tell us at booking and we match you to the right basket.

Balloon morning starts before sunrise; the Istanbul pick-up is timed to your flight. Your driver messages you the evening before with the exact time.

You have the room to yourself; the price is shown with your plan. Tours run in small groups unless you choose a private guide.

FAQ
Questions people ask before booking
- Do I pay the full price online?
- No. You pay a 35% deposit by card to confirm, and the remaining 65% on arrival in Göreme, by card or cash. The deposit buys your airline tickets and holds the hotel, so it is not refundable if you cancel.
- What if the balloon is grounded on both mornings?
- The balloon part of your package is refunded in full, taken off your balance if it is unpaid or returned to your card if it is paid. Everything else in the trip runs as planned.
- Which airport will I fly into?
- Flights are Turkish Airlines or Pegasus from Istanbul. We book the best Nevşehir or Kayseri arrival for your dates and your transfer meets that flight, so there is nothing to choose.
- How much luggage can I take on the domestic flight?
- It depends on the fare you choose; the allowance is shown next to each fare when you build your trip and printed on your ticket. Names on tickets must match your passports exactly.
- Is it worth it for a solo traveller?
- Yes. Your solo price is shown with your plan; the only difference is having the room to yourself. Tours run in small groups unless you choose a private guide.
- Can I choose my flight times?
- Yes. Tell us whether you prefer morning or afternoon flights, or leave it to us and we pick the ones that give you the most time in Cappadocia.
