背后的故事
在一座岩凿大厅里，看遍土耳其各地的舞蹈
卡帕多奇亚的洞穴餐厅，和当地的民居、教堂一样，都是在柔软的凝灰岩里凿出来的。大一些的洞穴餐厅本身就是天然剧场：圆形大厅，长桌环绕中央舞台，声学效果能让一面鼓的声音化作一堵声墙。
这一晚像是绕着土耳其走了一圈。晚餐一道道上桌：冷盘开胃小菜（meze）、热前菜、主菜和甜点。舞者们则按地区轮番登场：黑海地区节奏飞快、不停抖肩的霍隆舞，高加索地区骄傲有力的舞步，还有爱琴海的泽伊贝克舞。一段简短的旋转舞表演让全场安静片刻，随后肚皮舞者上台，音乐再次热烈起来。到了深夜，大半宾客都已起身跳舞。

What's on the menu?
A traditional set menu: cold meze, a warm starter, a main course and dessert. The exact dishes vary by venue and season. Vegetarian options are available if you tell us when you book.
Which drinks are included?
Local drinks are unlimited during the show: typically wine, beer, rakı and soft drinks. Imported drinks are charged separately. Alcohol is served only to guests aged 18 and over.
Can children come?
Yes, families are welcome and children are served soft drinks. Tell us their ages when you book.
Do I have to dance?
Only if you want to. The dancers invite guests to join towards the end, and saying no with a smile is perfectly fine.
