  The name of the person who is featured in the contract is considered as the leader of the group.

• 

  The person thus featured is accepting all terms and conditions as mentioned in our contract by booking with us.

• 

  The contract also binds everyone who is part of the booking form as filled by the person signing the contract.

• 

  The prices shown in the website is as per the last update done on the website and is subjected to change depending on the latest situations or climatic conditions.

• 

  The itinerary stated is also the most likely one to be followed and we reserve the rights for changing the same or the price or facilities or any other tour related services as we deem appropriate at that time.

Policy on confirmation

• 

  The confirmation of your booking is done only post the payment of the deposit as mentioned in the tour package.

• 

  Some packages will require you to pay a part of the package amount as deposit while some will require you to pay full in advance.

Policy on confirmation

If you are unable to take the tour or any of the services, you have previously booked owing to personal reasons you can proceed to cancel the same. However the refund of the deposit or the advance will be done as per the below guidelines:

• 

  If the cancellation request is sent 7 days prior to the tour, then we will accept the cancellation but will charge you 10% of the package as cancellation fee.

• 

  For cancellation prior to 6 days, it will be 20%, 5 days it is 30% and 4 days it is 40%.

• 

  If the cancellation request is sent less than 4 days prior to the tour, then the cancellation will not be considered for a refund.

• 

  No refund will be made for the client joining late or leaving early.

In case of a delay or cancellation due to weather conditions, that causes you to miss out on the ballooning trip, then we will refund the full amount you have paid for the package. We however insist that you take the first trip for the morning, so that there are no chances of you to miss out on this wonderful adventure.

What does the price include?

• 

  The prices of the Cappadocia tour include the insurance for the hot air balloon rides. What it does not include is the insurance against health issues, theft, loss of baggage or other inconvenience you may face on the rest of your trip.

• 

  The cost or expense on such events has to be borne by the client.

• 

  The company will not be responsible in case of any cancellation of the tour owing to weather conditions or any other such uncontrollable events.

• 

  The company will also not be held responsible for any baggage loss, theft or injury rising out of such conditions like food, accommodation, etc.

• 

  We reserve the right to change, remove or decline a participant on the tour as per our discretion. In such cases, there will not be any refund made.

• 

  If you have any special requests or accommodations to be made, please intimate them to your agent who has to keep our company posted on as such.

• 

  In case of any issues or dissatisfaction, you can take up the issue with our head office and we will try to resolve the same at the earliest.
