카파도키아의 동굴 레스토랑은 이 지역의 집과 교회처럼 무른 응회암을 파서 만들었습니다. 규모가 큰 곳은 그 자체로 천연 극장입니다. 둥근 홀, 중앙 무대를 둘러싼 긴 테이블, 그리고 북 하나의 울림을 거대한 소리의 벽으로 바꿔 놓는 음향.
이날 저녁은 튀르키예 일주처럼 흘러갑니다. 차가운 메제, 따뜻한 전채, 메인 요리, 디저트가 차례로 나오는 동안 무용수들은 지역별 춤을 선보입니다. 어깨를 빠르게 떠는 흑해 지방의 호론, 당당한 발걸음의 코카서스 춤, 에게해의 제이벡이 이어집니다. 짧은 데르비시 회전 공연으로 잠시 고요해진 뒤, 벨리 댄서가 무대에 오르면 음악이 다시 빨라집니다. 밤이 끝날 무렵이면 객석의 많은 사람이 일어나 함께 춤을 춥니다.

What's on the menu?
A traditional set menu: cold meze, a warm starter, a main course and dessert. The exact dishes vary by venue and season. Vegetarian options are available if you tell us when you book.
Which drinks are included?
Local drinks are unlimited during the show: typically wine, beer, rakı and soft drinks. Imported drinks are charged separately. Alcohol is served only to guests aged 18 and over.
Can children come?
Yes, families are welcome and children are served soft drinks. Tell us their ages when you book.
Do I have to dance?
Only if you want to. The dancers invite guests to join towards the end, and saying no with a smile is perfectly fine.
