Molti dei più bei belvedere della Cappadocia si trovano in fondo a piste piene di solchi: il crinale sopra la Valle dell’Amore, il bordo di Kızılçukur (la Valle Rossa) e le alture tra Uçhisar e Ortahisar. Un pullman non ci arriva e a piedi servono ore, ma un 4x4 affronta la salita in pochi minuti.
All’alba le jeep si dirigono verso i pendii da cui decollano le mongolfiere, così puoi vederle gonfiarsi e alzarsi in volo tutt’intorno a te. Al tramonto il percorso segue la luce a ritroso e termina su un crinale, mentre le valli si tingono di rosso e oro. In entrambi i casi ti rilassi, ti tieni forte sui sobbalzi e lasci il resto a un autista che conosce ogni pista.
