  1. Day 1 · Istanbul → Göreme

    • Flight: IST → NAV
    • Meals: none today
    • 06:30Meet at Istanbul Airport (IST). Our team meets you at the domestic departures desk.
    • 09:10Turkish Airlines, Istanbul → Cappadocia. Flight number is fixed when we issue your tickets, within 24 h of the deposit. EcoFly fare.
    • 10:35Private transfer to Göreme. Driver waits at arrivals with your name. About 40 minutes to your hotel.
    • 11:30Check in to your cave hotel, Göreme. Mid-Range Cave Hotel, double room, 2 nights with breakfast. Free afternoon: the Open-Air Museum is a 15-minute walk.

  2. Day 2 · Balloon dawn, then a free day

    • Stay: cave hotel, Göreme
    • Balloon at dawn
    • Meals: breakfast
    • 05:00Sunrise balloon flight. Pick-up before dawn, light breakfast at the launch field, about an hour in the air, toast and certificate. Standard basket. Weather back-up: the next dawn.

  3. Day 3 · Fly home

Cancellation and weather

  • Morning one is grounded. You fly on morning two, same basket class, nothing extra to pay, on every package that holds a back-up morning.
  • Both mornings are grounded. The balloon part of your package is refunded in full, from your balance if unpaid or to your card if paid. The rest of the trip runs as planned.
  • You cancel. The 35% deposit is not refundable: it buys your airline tickets and holds the hotel.

How much do I pay now?
35% of your total by card when you confirm; for two adults at the from price that is €330.40 now and €613.60 on arrival in Göreme, by card or cash.
What if the balloon is grounded on both mornings?
The balloon part of your package is refunded in full, off your balance or back to your card. Everything else runs as planned.
Which airport will I fly into?
Flights are Turkish Airlines or Pegasus from Istanbul. We book the best Nevşehir or Kayseri arrival for your dates; your transfer meets that flight.
Can I add activities?
