ストーリー
岩をくり抜いたホールに、トルコ中の踊りが集う
カッパドキアの洞窟レストランは、この地方の家々や教会と同じように、やわらかな凝灰岩を掘って造られています。大きな店は、そのまま天然の劇場です。円形のホール、中央のステージを囲む長いテーブル、そしてたったひとつの太鼓の音を、押し寄せる音の壁へと変える音響。
夜のプログラムは、トルコ各地を順にめぐるように進みます。料理は冷たいメゼ、温かい前菜、メインディッシュ、デザートとコース仕立てで運ばれ、そのあいだにダンサーたちが各地方の踊りを次々と披露します。肩を小刻みに震わせる黒海地方の速いホロン、コーカサスの誇り高いステップ、エーゲ海地方のゼイベク。短い旋回舞踊のパフォーマンスで静かなひとときが訪れたあと、ベリーダンサーがステージに登場し、音楽は再び盛り上がります。夜が終わる頃には、会場の多くの人が立ち上がって踊っています。

What's on the menu?
A traditional set menu: cold meze, a warm starter, a main course and dessert. The exact dishes vary by venue and season. Vegetarian options are available if you tell us when you book.
Which drinks are included?
Local drinks are unlimited during the show: typically wine, beer, rakı and soft drinks. Imported drinks are charged separately. Alcohol is served only to guests aged 18 and over.
Can children come?
Yes, families are welcome and children are served soft drinks. Tell us their ages when you book.
Do I have to dance?
Only if you want to. The dancers invite guests to join towards the end, and saying no with a smile is perfectly fine.
